Dr. Md. Kafiul Islam, an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) delivered a keynote speech on "Use Of Machine Learning And Deep Learning In Biomedical Signal Classification And Their Applications In Healthcare" at the "๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐-๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐)" held virtually on 16-17 March, 2023 organized by IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter.
There were eleven keynote speakers from different parts of the world who presented their research works highlighting the recent trends in computer science and related progress at the congress. The congress has received over 1600+ registrations from 50 countries, making this a truly global event.
IUB's undergrad student of EEE, Ms.Aishwarya Roy, Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering IUB Student Branch Affinity Group, served as the student ambassador for this congress representing IUB. Dr, Mustafa Habib Chowdhury, Associate Professor, Dept. of EEE, IUB, was also part of the organizing committee who serves IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter Executive Committee as the Divisional Coordinator (Dhaka)- 2023.
